ScientellScientell worked with a regional water corporation to run a workshop on identifying climate change risks and options for adaptation. The climate change adaptation risk workshop was an opportunity to gather views on Westernport Water from staff members across various sectors.

Description
Scientell reviewed background documentation and established the aims and content of the workshop. In collaboration with Westernport Water, we articulated the workshop plans, sessions and other details to finalise a draft agenda.
We used background information and other research to develop a pre-workshop 4-page internal briefing document for participants to prime them for the day.
Scientell facilitated the internal workshop, with two experienced Scientell staff running the workshops and, importantly, allowing comprehensive documentation of the discussions and conclusions.
We collated workshop materials and summarised the discussions as a short, objective, independent report for internal use by Westernport Water.
Scientell worked with Soggy Brolly design to develop and design a 2-page external brochure summarising the outcomes.
