Scientell helped the Biodiversity Council craft a range of research-based stories to highlight the challenges and solutions for Australia’s biodiversity crisis.
Client: The Biodiversity Council
Audience: Policymakers, industry and the Australian public
The new Biodiversity Council was launched by the Minister for Environment and Water, Tanya Plibersek MP, on 6 December 2022. The Council aims to foster public, policy and industry recognition of the biodiversity crisis and advocate positive opportunities and solutions to address these challenges.
The Council will be an important new trusted expert voice to communicate accurate information on all aspects of biodiversity to the Australian people, to ensure biodiversity and Country prosper.
Scientell worked with the Council to help communicate a range of research-based stories on Australia’s biodiversity challenges and solutions.
Using clear, concise and compelling language and beautiful imagery, the factsheets provide often confronting stories about the challenges that Australia faces in restoring and protecting our unique plants, animals and natural places. They also provide inspiring ideas and actions that, if implemented, could help to protect our at-risk species.
